Who says weekdays are no fun?

Can you guess who is who?

It seems like it's becoming a tradition to ditch school Thursday during Office Hours and party it up (Irvine-style). Though this week we brought Keans along instead of Michelle.

Not to insert my usual liberal BS, but what does this say about the average intelligence of our nation?

Since ice cream and bananas at Nat's is also part of the tradition, I think it's safe to say that diabetes and school attendance are inversely related...

And after fourth!

It's nice when it's sunny.

Not so nice when people litter.

As if my day couldn't get any better, I come home to find out I'm admitted (a month early) into UCSB!

A funk.

It's nearing midnight and I have hours of homework, not to mention a 7 hour shift of work tomorrow, and a low C in Calculus, but I guess it couldn't hurt to blog instead of work on anything. :D

I've been feeling so weird lately. Like... what is life? The hell am I doing with mine? Our personal beliefs and choices are fine and all, but to some degree, isn't it all about that paycheck which sustains you?

the world
money money money
play study work die (rot)
no wonder christians believe in the afterlife
if this were it, shit
assuming the existence of a personal God who loves us dearly
...abandoned unfinished...

I miss summer. Summer was fun. I always used to be so academic; now, I hate every minute of school.

With this mentality we tried to recreate summer by going to the pool Friday...

It just wasn't the same.

Projectile vomiting.

I lost the chord that connects my camera to my PC, making it rather difficult to blog as of late. So, since I'm confined to the house anyway, I'll try a words-only blog.

This morning I got up, put on my uniform and went to work. I had a nice shift (10:00-3) and was grateful for that. As soon as I got to work, however, I began to feel light-headed and nauseous. After half an hour I found myself in the Subway bathroom puking out my Honey Bunches of Oats. I felt better after that (except that sour barf taste) and continued working, until it happened again.

My co-workers told me I looked pale and that I should go home. I didn't want to, but eventually I did. I figured I'd be fine 'til I got home, since Subway is literally across the street and takes about 2-3 minutes to drive to.

I ended up pulling over on Culver, turning on my hazard thinger, and opening my door to throw up on the side of the road. I planned to open the door, go on the sidewalk and puke in a bush or something, but before I even opened my door the vomit flew out like wonderfully fragrant confetti. That shit splashed all over my window, the interior of my door, myself, and, thankfully, the street. Passersby slowed down to stare at me as the puke oozed out of my face. Some even honked for me to get out of the way, as I was sort of in the middle of the lane.

I don't really know how to clean up puke out of carpet, but I did my best. I'm a tad scared to go into my car now for fear of the rotting smell.

Happy Valentine's Day!
